The teams in our fulfillment centres will continue to use a variety of techniques to ensure that each item is thoroughly cleaned, inspected for quality, and carefully packaged so that it arrives ready to use. Our contractors and suppliers take product quality and hygiene importantly.
We would like to ensure you that all Neckwow™ customers will be provided the latest updates regarding their product and their orders, if the customer experience is in any way under your satisfaction.

|Will there be delays in shipping time?||We do not expect delays in shipping times. However, as we are not able to control fully the processes of our delivery partners, we would estimate that it may take up to 5 additional working days for you to receive your item.|
|Can I get a refund if my order does not ship in time?||Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as our delivery partners may still be in transit and it should arrive to you in a few days time.|
|Can I get infected from taking delivery?||We would suggest that you avoid contact with the delivery personnel when collecting your item, according to recommended guidelines.|
|Is Neckwow™ still operating during Covid-19?||Yes, our team is working during office hours remotely to ensure that our customers get the most responsive service and their products on time.|
